Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2 business days. 

Orders will be process and shipped on the weekends but we will not ship anything on holidays. If we're experiencing a high volume of orders, we will still get your order out withing the 2 business days. If anything happen and your order experience a delay we will send you an email stating when you should be expecting it.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

You should receive your tracking number within 48hrs of completing your transaction.

Kkouture LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Kkouture LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
